Cancellation Policy
Appointment times are reserved for you. Text us when you arrive outside in your car. We will let you know when to enter.
Valid credit card information is required to secure your appointment. Please give us 24-hour notice if you must cancel an appointment and 48-hour notice is required for Cosmetic Tattooing appointments. A 100% charge of the scheduled service will be given for "no shows" and gift certificates will be voided. Appointments canceled with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of service scheduled.
